Free Cancellation
You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Late Cancellation (within 24 hours)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled pickup without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.
Modification Policy
You can modify your booking (date, time, destination) free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Modifications within 24 hours may be subject to availability and additional fees.
Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
